2020

In October 2020, SOBHA announced that it will launch new projects of ~14.50 million sq. ft. in 2021. SOBHA Bangalore topped national ranking in Global Buyer Report 2020 by Track2Realty.

2019

SOBHA awarded with Dun & Bradstreet Corporate Award 2019 for real estate. Launched Gujarat's tallest residential building in GIFT City.

2018

As of December 31, 2018, SOBHA completed real estate and contractual projects covering about 100.31 million square feet of developable area.

2015

Entered India’s commercial segment (retail space leasing) with the launch of 'SOBHA City Mall' in Thrissur, Kerala and housing segment with 'SOBHA Dream Series'.

2014

Enters Kochi market with its project 'Sobha Isle'.

2013

Receives award for Top Indian Real Estate Company by Dun & Bradstreet.

2012

Gets voted by consumers as the Most Reliable Builder at the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards.

2011

Launches International City - first residential project in the NCR-Gurgaon Region.

2010

Becomes the first Rs 10 billion (US$ 162.77 million) real estate brand in South India.

Certified as compliant towards the International standards for Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2004) and Occupational Health Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS 18001:2007).

2006

Status changed from Private to Public. Raised Rs 570 crore (US$ 125.86 million) through IPO; issue oversubscribed by a record 127 times.

Started commercial operation of fully automated concrete products division commences.

Obtained ISO 9001 (2000 series) certification.
